Unconventional, eye-catching and uniform, this is how the new residential building is constructed using Kingspan composite panels for walls and roofs.
“We’ve had good experiences with these products in the company building before. That gave us the idea of using panels for construction,” explains Suzanne Martitz, interior designer.
Insulation and fire protection properties and fast construction progress thanks to prefabricated components make composite panels a useful, economical and, above all, visually attractive alternative to traditional facade cladding and cladding roofs.
A residential building with an area of 85 m2, two store’s and a usable attic.
The designers chose Kingspan KS1000 AW wall panels with QuadCore, as the project sought the lowest possible heat transfer coefficient and good fire resistance.
In the layer between the structure and the panels run electric cables, sewage pipes, which eliminates costly cutting of external walls.
The 200 m2 roof was covered with KS100 RW roof slab with trapezoidal profile, with highly fire-resistant IPN core.
Open floor plans, light-flooded rooms and roof space provide a high level of comfort for residents.
